Welcome to the official website for WPRK 91.5 “The best in basement radio.” As a student based organization, we represent Rollins College in Winter Park while still capturing a separate identity throughout the Orlando area. Our fan base includes a variety of people in Central Florida who enjoy musical genres ranging from rock, rap, and oldies to classical, opera, and Broadway musicals. Our unique position as a college radio station gives us the opportunity to play music that may not be heard on a regular basis. WPRK is a unique establishment; we accept diverse genres of music and appreciate the opportunity to run our very own basement radio station.
Share your favorite songs, reviews of concerts, and favorite musicians by emailing us at WPRKFM@rollins.edu and you might see your opinion on this site!

Question…
I’m looking for a place (online forum, mesages board, local band night, etc.) where I can find a front-man or other musicians in general. I’ve played at various clubs in a few different bands over the years since 1997, but recently I’ve just been jamming with a bassists and keyboarder (I’m a drummer), and now looking to get find a front-man and get serious again. I was born in Orlando and lived here most of my life, and I’d like to contribute locally again.
Do you guys have any recommendations on good places to find other musicians looking to play in Orlando, especially online?
Good questions! Facebook is always a good place to find people, also craigslist, which always has a post looking for musicians. Otherwise it’s all about physically being in the scene, shows and open mics, etc. Check out these places on any given open jam, mic, poetry night: Austin’s, Underground Bluz, Stardust coffee, Tanquerays…
Hello! Is WPRK open to auditioning new show ideas?
Hey Anon! Sorry for the late response, what do you mean by a new show idea? You are always welcome to stop by the station and pick up a DJ application if you would like your own show on WPRK. We have a variety of shows and are always open to considering new ideas. Hope this helps!
